The Power Of Ongoing Education and Applying What You Learn

Author: Josh Hinds

"Readers are leaders"... If I had to guess I'd say that is not the first time you've heard that is it? I certainly hope not anyway :-) -- because I can assure you that if you were to search out the top folks in any given area, you would likely find that those at the top are generally very well studied on their given industry or area of expertise.

Education can come from many varied places, be it audios (our own http://www.AudioMotivation.com), modeling the success of others (in person or through books or tapes). There's simply no excuse not to commit to upgrade your skills.

However, if education in and of itself were enough I have to believe there would be far more people living more productive lives.

So what is the missing ingredient then? What is it that ties it all together and puts a person at the top of their game? Very simply, action. Yep, that's right, the application of all that acquired knowledge.

It's amazing to me how many people can read great articles and books each and every day and not at least try to apply a few of the ideas gained from them into their own lives.

I know that they work, because I've been blessed to see how the commitment to ongoing learning, and applying that knowledge has made an impact in my own life.

I have also been fortunate to have had numerous testimonials and notes sent my from people all over the world who shared their stories with me as well.

So there you have it. A solid commitment to ongoing learning coupled with applying and trying the things you learn. It's not all that difficult, but it does take effort to make this part of your everyday routine.
