Guitar Learning to Play Online Fast - 3 Steps from a Professional

Author: Brad McCleary

So youve got that guitar you been saving up for or maybe something has sparked you to pull it back out of the closet from last Christmas. Whatever the reason youve got the guitar, learning to play online is a must. You need to be able to show off to your friends, you have got to be able to emulate your favorite songs on the radio! You must learn to play and you must learn to play fast. Well the best way to learn anything is to learn from the best, and I have gotten advice from the best.

Aside from learning basic guitar techniques, these are the three most important things to work on to improve your guitar skills.

Step 1

Practice, everything takes practice. When you learn something new you need to keep playing it over and over. Practice will not only improve the skills youve already learned, it will enable you to learn new skills fast and easier. You have to start with a foundation and the best way to get that foundation is to practice. Dont get down on yourself while practicing something difficult, just think of the sweet rewards after you learn to play it with no problem what-so-ever!

Step 2

Be constant, so many people will come on strong and then give up after a few weeks, or even days. Dont be like those people, stick with it and be consistent. Practice and improve and you will end up far past the rest! Dont think it has to take months or years, you can learn, practice and improve in a matter of days, but you have to be consistent. In the end when youre performing in front of family and friends or maybe in front of a sell out crowd you know its worth it!

Step 3

Dont waste your time and money on all the learn-to-play quick scams out there. It will get you frustrated and even worse could potentially teach you the wrong things. Once you develop a foundation with the wrong steps, it may take you even longer to get where you want to be! Check your sources and use your resources. Would you want someone that has played a tuba all their life to teach you how to read music or would you want a professional guitarist to teach you how to play your guitar? You will no doubt need help of some kind to learn to play your guitar.
